Nordic Telecom Gets Capital Injection From Open Ocean Capital

Nordic Telecom, a cloud-based communication technologies company, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Open Ocean Capital. When we talked to Nordic Telecom last September, they had gained 200 customers and were growing steadily without any outside capital injections. Turnover for the first half of 2012 was said to be near €400,000, and the company was aiming for €2 million in revenues by the end of the year.

The company provides a comprehensive set of services for call centers, including a call-back feature that lets customer service representatives call back customers that have called in, instead of making the customer wait on hold for a long period of time. Customers include Diacor, Delta, Stadium, and Harley Davidson of Helsinki.

For more information on Nordic Telecom, we wrote about the company this past September.
