HappyOrNot service include actual self-standing wireless metering devices with 4 buttons, standing in the Point of Experience: office exits (employee satisfaction) or after the cashier lines or bank exit etc.(customer satisfaction). Device has visual obstruction underlining the privacy of feedback and embedded questionnaire rack indicating the question asked. At the end of the day Device transfers results to HappyOrNot server which organises collected information into clear, visual reports and sends the report weekly to the persons in charge. Service includes also a www-interface for deeper, daily analyzes.
