Should you hire stars and how to find and recruit them?
How to lead and develop a start-up team?

Knowledgeable startup people Kristina Narusk (www.grabcad.com), Elise Sass (www.startupwiseguys.com ), Kristo Ovaska (https://metrify.io/) and others will share their experience in team-building and online networking.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the team-building game and get a feeling of the rollercoaster ride, with its ups and downs, of startup life and get a hands-on experience of participating in a start-up team and building up one from scratch.

We will also have some fun lots of fun and a party in the summer camp!

VENUE 17th–18th of August 2012, Roosta Holiday Village, Läänemaa, Estonia (map)

FEE: 15 EUR – covers the first night’s evening program. Payment is due when you will be selected to participate. Fee includes VAT.

Transportation to and from Roosta, both from Tallinn and Helsinki, also lunch and snacks are free of charge to participants during the event.

Transportation includes the ferry tickets from Helsinki - Tallinn- Helsinki and buses from Tallinn - Roosta - Tallinn. Sleeping is organised in rooms at the building.
