BetterNow is an online platform fundamentally changing the charity sector by making it fun, easy and meaningful for anyone to raise money for a good cause.
BetterNow was born in Copenhagen in 2011 and is working with the biggest Danish, Swedish, Spanish and Austrian charities, for whom we already collected over 25.000 donations and 1.000.000 €. Our product is a online fundraising software ( a fundraising portal), and our paying customers are charities across all of Europe.
The ideal candidate to help us launch and grow exponentially in Finland is an ambitious, start-up minded, gets-things-done person who has a strong drive and a love for challenges.
As our finnish sales manager you will:
Become an expert in online fundraising
Cold call leads and close them over the phone
Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads
Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
Help develop our overall sales strategy and decide on our sales approach
Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance BetterNow's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
We imagine that you:
2+ years of BtB selling experience, preferably within web technologies or innovative online products.
Have evidence that you are a among the best in BtB sales.
Have experience with selling to charities and volunteer organizations (not a requirement)
Are a naturally outgoing and mature person who can communicate your message in a clear and trustworthy manner.
Are an independent person, that work in a systematic and very effective manner.
Are able to think strategically, learn fast, be independent, take action and produce results.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English. Proficiency in Swedish is an additional advantage.
Live in the Øresund Region.
What we offer:
A part time positioned, 15 hours a week, fixed hourly pay of 120 kr/16€ combined with an attractive bonus.
