We are looking for a Client Implementation Manager to help our clients use alaTest’s B2B products in the best possible way and make sure they get great results.
You will be responsible for guiding our clients through the implementation process and optimize the integration on their websites. The role requires strong communication and project management skills as you will be the first point of contact for the client and colleagues at alaTest.
You will keep our clients happy and loyal by providing them the best review solution in the world. You have good insights in technology and, after comprehensive training, understand all aspects of the product review solutions we offer.
Through commitment and creativity, you will make sure our clients will meet their business objectives and create value for them. You are a result- and goal oriented person with strong analytical skills and will be working closely with the sales and technical teams at alaTest to achieve the best results.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
* Meet with clients regularly and establish quarterly account review meetings.
* Be the client's advocate to ensure that all requests are addressed and completed on time.
* Track and escalate client issues.
* Inform clients of new features and partnerships as they are announced or released.
Job Requirements
* Bachelors degree in business and/or information technology
* 2+ years of experience in Client/Account Management
* 2+ years of experience in eCommerce
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients at one time
* Project management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* An effective leader and team player
* Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
