Since 2004, we have collected and distributed product reviews and related information to online retailers and product manufacturers around the world. alaTest was awarded the 2009 Red Herring Global 100 award as one of the most promising tech companies in the world.
alaTest is looking for a Sales Manager for its New York City office to develop and grow new business with online retailers and product manufacturers in the USA. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Country Manager across all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and relationship management. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a focus on achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a sales pipeline and manage all stages of the B2B sales cycle
* Proactively communicate status, priorities, issues and needs internally
* Contribute internally to the ongoing development of new products, and sales strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Ideally, some experience working with B2B accounts. Content, advertising or interactive services preferred
* Confident personality suitable for prospecting calls and account management
* Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial edge
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
* Knowledge of e-commerce concepts and technologies a plus
