alaTest is seeking a Director of Sales UK based in London. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in selling online marketing solutions through customer prospecting and building strong relationships. This individual will also be familiar with building pipeline, team culture in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment and be an independent professional. This position is located in our yet-to-be-established London office.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Define, drive and launch alaTest UK sales strategy to develop the overall customer proposition in the short, mid and long term
* Develop strategic relationships within the market and execute “go to market” sales strategies
* Act as the country market spokesperson for alaTest
* Prospect and penetrate client organizations to obtain e-commerce and content integration budgets
* Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and alaTest e-commerce solutions
* Analyze performance statistics and recommend optimized integration solutions
* Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
* Provide best practices to country sales team
* Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
* Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFPs
* Provide scalable solutions for our clients

Job Requirements

* B.A./B.S. in Business or related field
* 7 + years of sales, ideally in Media or related fields; 3 years in sales management
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Multi-national experience preferred
* Fundamental understanding of systems and resources required to scale a media sales business
* Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of a large number of individual clients
* Hands-on experience leading and managing a team
* Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery (at a 6-figure level)
* Understand user behavior, SEO and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms

Job Type: TBD, commensurate with experience. Salary plus bonus.
