We are now looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Helsinki.

As an Operations Specialist, you have a key role in making sure that our daily customer-interfacing processes run smoothly and customers are satisfied with HyperIn services. You are also responsible for managing service delivery projects of HyperIn products, gathering requirements from customers to be used as a basis for HyperIn software development road map and constantly working towards improving customer service (including help desk) as well as HyperIn delivery and operations processes. Depending on your background, we can tailor the role to suit your level of experience and strengths and can also include other tasks and responsibilities in your job description.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

* Experience of working directly with customers and is passionate about customer satisfaction
* At least 1-2 years of project management experience
* Understanding of software business and previous experience of software service delivery
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent writing and communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish and other languages considered a plus)
* Interest in learning new technologies and new skills

Even better if you understand software development, retail real estate business and / or help desk operations.
