This is an opportunity for a target-driven Business Development Professional searching for a truly international sales career to work with our highly respected and fast growing customers in the games and digital industry.
Omniata enables the entire digital organization - Marketers, Product Managers and Data Scientists - to run their business based on data. It creates an integrated view of consumers across devices, providing tools to optimize the user experience in real-time. Founded by a team of former Digital Chocolate and EA data leads, Omniata integrates Analytics, CRM, CMS and A/B testing platforms into a single all encompassing solution. Omniata is located in San Francisco, California and in Helsinki, Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ideal customer target profile and guide teams to build pipeline with those attributes
• Build and manage quota plans and measure results
• Regularly report on forecasted pipeline
• Maintain consistent reporting using and become proficient in running reports and managing your performance against plan
• Define and manage key metrics and dashboards to manage the business in

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
• Previous experience managing sales development team(s) – pipeline acquisition (2+ years)
• From 3 to 5 years of overall experience in CRM, Loyalty Management, BI or Analytics solutions
• Understanding of the BI and Analytics market and competitive landscape
• Hands-on experience in customer acquisition and accelerating the sales pipeline
• Experience in maintaining consistent reporting, in running reports, and managing your performance against plan
• Experience in defining and managing key metrics and dashboards to manage the business
• Capability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Experience in customer pitches, product demonstrations, participate in pre-sales conversations, customer proposals
• Knowledge of digital applications sector and understanding of games industry and free-to-play business model are a plus
• Some hands-on report building and data analysis experience is a plus
• Degree in computer sciences, mathematics, business management, economics or social sciences preferred.
