Founded in 2006 and backed up by some of the largest venture capital investors Rebtel now intends to expand. Rebtel has its HQ in Nacka Strand, Stockholm and employs around 30 individuals. Due to company growth and new expansion plans, the company wants to strengthen its organization in lead generation.

The Job
Project lead marketing projects and digital campaigns in our key corridors and manage the paid traffic budget and the team that works with reaching that budget through online lead generation and retention marketing efforts designed to drive sales. These efforts may include online campaigns, SEM, SEO, display, social media, email, affiliates, mobile, 3rd party partnerships and trials of new traffic sources.

This role involves:
Project Management – Develop and execute marketing projects and strategies for lead generation in primarily digital target group media intended to create new users in our key calling corridors. Requires digital marketing knowledge, project managing and digital media planning skills and being able to handle complex campaigns and projects.

Paid traffic Management – Manage the lead generation budget and the team that works with online advertising programs like PPC, Affiliates, SEO & Direct deals/Partnerships. Evaluate new traffic sources while meeting the cost per acquisition targets and driving improvements to make the sources and campaigns sustainable.

Your Profile
The Online Marketing Manager will have solid experience of project management in a digital environment and managing lead generation in digital business models for a few years. You need to be very result-driven, analytical and structured to be able to manage complex campaigns, drive traffic and sales whilst managing a high performing team. You will also need to have used web analytics and customer journey data to continuously improve targeting. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with some coursework in business, marketing or digital development.
