Founded in 2006 and backed up by some of the largest venture capital investors Rebtel now intends to expand. Rebtel has its HQ in Nacka Strand, Stockholm and employs around 30 individuals. Due to company growth and new expansion plans, the company wants to strengthen its organization in analysis, campaign optimization and research.
The Job
Data Analysis – Develop and perform analyses leveraging internal data sources, competitive intelligence, and industry information to be used by management, marketing and PR in external communication or in internal decision-making.
Marketing Optimization – Assist Paid Traffic Manager in developing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns and reports based on metrics analysis.
This role involves:
Provide data, reports and conclusions from internal or external sources on our target groups and their behavior for marketing to be used in PR, market communication and lead generation.
Provide ad hoc & ongoing decision support to Management by engaging in data analysis and research.
Analyze and optimize online marketing programs to achieve increase in high-quality leads.
Create automated reports for measurement of web traffic and web analysis to be used by marketing in lead generation.
Assist Paid Traffic Manager in running and optimizing paid search campaigns by Keyword Research, Copy Optimization, Content Network.
Your Profile
The Marketing Analyst needs to have experience from online marketing and performing data analysis, drawing conclusions and presenting them in a relevant manner. You’ll need some basic skills in SQL and programming. Experience from data analysis tools is highly valued. Knowledge of web analytics packages (Omniture, Google Analytics and similar) is a plus. You need to be analytical, structured and be able to work hands on in small teams in a fast moving environment.
You could be recently graduated but with a couple of years work experience preferably with some coursework in programming, statistics, or mathematics. Any work experience from search marketing (in particular Adwords), business analysis and data analysis will be highly valued.
Fluent Spanish, French or German is a big advantage.
