Pioneers is now looking for a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager, who expands our international B2B activities. So far we have only scratched the surface of this market potential. Therefore we want to find someone that has an international network of B2B clients, has an excellent sales track record and who likes to work independently in a fun and challenging start-up environment

The position
Create and manage the sales pipeline mainly focused on large size multi-nationals for
Pioneers Festival – Startup/Tech Event based in Vienna
Pioneers Unplugged – International startup events spread out worldwide
Pioneers Discover – Innovation Unit of Pioneers
Build on and maintain a strong sales network
Acquire new international partners by implementing your own strategies
Build positive and lasting relationships between Pioneers and its clients

Requirements for The position
Minimum 3-4 years direct sales experience
Work Visa or EU passport
English and German negotiation skills
Experience in managing the full sales cycle from planning to closing deals
A black book bursting full of CIOs and CMOs of international corporations
Strong leadership and people skills, plus the ability to build and foster a team environment
Creative and persuasion skills with a lot of Energy to meet and beat targets
