Rebtel has around 4.000.000 users worldwide and several percentages of some of the largest calling corridors. Founded in 2006 and backed up by some of the largest venture capital investors Rebtel now intends to expand. Rebtel has its HQ in Nacka Strand, Stockholm and employs around 30 individuals.
Due to company growth and new expansion plans, the company wants to strengthen its R&D organization. This is an excellent opportunity to join exciting and experienced test team delivering a highly appreciated and needed service for a fast growing market.
The Job
We are looking for a driven tester that can help us sustain the quality that has made Rebtel successful. Working with test at Rebtel means that you are part of a very experienced and dedicated R&D team. Our customers are dear to us and as a tester working at Rebtel you need to make sure that we continue deliver the high quality that has made us loved by our customers. The challenge you will face is to do that in a high paced, constantly changing, low margin environment. However, you will not be alone. Your Rebtel colleagues care and will support you in your strive to deliver.
Your Profile
To fit in you need to have programming skills in visual basic or Java. You also need to be experienced in test automation - preferably with Rational Robot/IBM Functional Tester since our test environment is built on automated tests in IBM Functional Tester. Several years of experience in functional and non-functional testing is required. The following is meritorious; Programming skills in c#,shellscript, SQL, experience of MS SQL and MS visual studio, experience from Windows and Unix environments, and load test experience. Either you have graduated or you are self taught you live, eat and dream about test. Your drive to know more and do better makes you evolve. You know how to balance the need for speed with the demand for quality. Even though you have integrity you can stand up for your ideas.
We are also looking for a Tester specialized in application test. In addition to the requirements above you should have experience from application testing, such as iPhone and Android, to fit the role.
Even though we are a Swedish based company we work in an international environment. Are customers are spread out over the world and many of our employees are from outside Sweden, e.g. from Russia, Canada, Mexico, Morocco, India, Pakistan and Venezuela. Therefore you need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. If you know Swedish it is a great bonus.
