We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing team at our Helsinki HQ. Together with the sales team you’d be responsible for the sales of our Smarp Share SaaS-solution, with which companies can reward their employees for spreading company related content to their social media networks. We primarily use an inside sales method, which is all about creating leads online and converting prospects to clients fast with minimal need for face to face interaction. The sales are primarily done by phone and online so if you’re active, you can hit it big without ever having to leave the office!

Duties

- Picking up and validating prospects brought in by online free trials
- Contacting prospects by telephone, LinkedIn, Twitter, and any other available methods
- Taking care of the sales process all the way to closing the sale
- Working closely with the management, sales, and technical team to improve the product and the sales process

Desired skills and expertise

- Experience in telesales/inside sales (SaaS models are a huge plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and ability to self-govern
- Creativity, spontaneity, and ability to learn and adjust on the go
- Ambition to make Smarp the greatest Finnish success story ever
