Founded in 2006 and backed up by some of the largest venture capital investors like Index Capital Rebtel now intends to expand. Rebtel has its HQ in Stockholm and employs around 30 individuals.

Due to company growth and new expansion plans, the company wants to strengthen its organization in traffic recruitment. With this in mind, we’re looking to recruit an Online Marketing Specialist with a proven track record who can help grow our paid traffic.

The Job
The Online Marketing Specialist creates, measures, analyzes and optimizes online marketing programs, and manages partners to achieve increase in high-quality leads. The paid traffic budget will be your responsibility and your goals will be improving the lead generation, program conversion rates and cost per acquisition.

This role involves:

* PPC – paid search campaigns in Google, MSN and Yahoo by for ex: Keyword Research, Copy Optimization, Split Testing, Landing Page Development, Content Network and Conversion Optimization.

* Affiliate Networks – Develop and manage affiliate programs and actively recruit new affiliates. Maintain close relationships with key affiliates and affiliate networks. Drive expansion based on the tracking and analysis of affiliate behavior.

* Conversion optimization – Manage programs by monitoring lead quality, conversion rates, volume, and overall budgets while adhering to schedules. Analyze and report program performances; recommend and implement improvement and new programs. Develop and manage metrics and budgets. Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, analyzing issues and optimization of programs on relevant metrics.

Your Profile
As the PPC and affiliate manager you will have solid experience of working with lead generation from PPC or affiliate program management either agency or client side. It’s also important that you are able to work in smaller teams and to be “hands on” as this role will be taking full charge of the site’s affiliate and PPC division.

A high degree of energy, commitment, initiative and enthusiasm is required along with a thirst for knowledge in the Internet marketing arena. The ability to analyze, organize, prioritize is also key to this position along with a solid understanding of internet-based business models and online performance based marketing vehicles.
