HyperIn is looking for a Deployment Engineer to join our young and dynamic team in HTC Ruoholahti, Helsinki.

In your role as a Deployment Engineer, you are responsible for participating in HyperIn service delivery projects and daily maintenance and support work. In service delivery projects, you carry out various service deployment tasks (for example, technical environment setup, service configuration, data input). In your daily work, you resolve customer issues (3rd level support), carry out production environment related tasks and make software improvements. In addition, you help in creating training and support materials to promote the effective use of HyperIn products.
We expect you to have:
- Java programming skills
- Care about the quality of your work
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both verbal and written)
- Team player attitude
- Ability to carry out tasks independently
- Interest in learning new technologies and new skills
The following are considered a plus:
- Experience in open source web application frameworks and technologies (Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate, jQuery, Tomcat).
- Liferay and / or Play Framework experience
- J2EE application server knowledge
- Linux knowledge
- Previous work experience
