You will be managing technical side of customer implementations. You will be implementing customized kiosks and importing customers products to Kiosked product database. Your key focus is to get customers launched and remove all technical roadblocks in order to get there, e.g. you will be assisting customers on implementation of Kiosked tracking software. You will look after various customer configurations and customization cases. You will represent Kiosked in technical customer meetings and conduct technical trainings to customers. You will act as primary technical resource for sales prospects and existing customer base. You will interface towards SW development team. You will develop and maintain Kiosked demo center.
- 3+ years of experience in SW industry either in development position or in customer facing technical position
-Prior experience from different CMS systems and browsers as well as affiliate networks is beneficial. IT and webmastering skills are bonus.
-You feel comfortable and confident in communicating with customer and customers technical contact points. You can easily turn Kiosked solution to implementable solutions to customer. You understand key technologies and know how to drive development and create requirements.
-Proven record of successfully completed projects.
-Ability to work under pressure and attitude to get the job done.
-Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
-Effective at time management and good at meeting deadlines.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
