Our service will give personalized product recommendations based on user’s taste preferences. The concept is advanced and has a solid business model behind it. This service will revolutionize the marketing as we know it.

People wanted

Unlike for Sir Shackleton, your gender is not my criterion. I’m looking for motivated and talented co-founders to conquer the new frontiers in online marketing. All co-founders are expected to have the financial resources to work on sweat equity, and without salary up to 6-10 months until funding can be arranged, and be able to invest some of their own money on the venture. You will be in Helsinki or Tampere regions. Other Southern Finland locations may be possible. There are four distinct roles / competence areas I’m looking for.

1) Developer / Development lead
Experience and interest especially in web development and software architecture. Additionally, experience in leading development projects and managing related subcontracting relationships is an advantage.

2) Analytics lead
Experience and interest in quantitative analysis / statistical analysis, mathematics. Possibly research background. Experience in algorithm development is an advantage.

3) Design/ User experience lead
Experience and interest in web user interface design, graphical design and gamification.

4) Behavioral profiling lead
Experience and interest in behavioral sciences, especially psychology.

Investors wanted

Ideally, in addition to money, investors are expected to bring in domain expertise and industry experience. Investors can help opening doors with their personal relationships, in finding partners, subcontractors etc.

About me

I am motivated by the challenge of creating something new, innovative and unique. I have strong intellectual curiosity, interest on science and new innovations. I’m persistent and analytical. My professional strengths are product management and strategy / developing new business concepts. Total 15 years of industry experience, 3 years in Silicon Valley. I hold two degrees, Engineering and Economics.

My past experiences in successful projects have convinced me on the importance of having diversity in the team. I believe successful teams have motivated individuals whose interests, skills and personalities complement each other. Together we can create extraordinary products.

But what about Sir Shackleton?

So what happened? Imperial Trans-Atlantic Expedition was the last of his several expeditions. Expedition was struck by disaster, but the mission got heroic reputation due to its rescue operation. Their ship got stuck in the ice and was crushed. All men were rescued to nearby Elephant Island. With five crew members Shackleton made a 1300 km open boat journey to reach civilization and organized a rescue operation for the rest of the crew. Miraculously, no lives were lost in their epic adventure. Due to his celebrity status, Shackleton could still cash in on lectures, public appearances and sponsorships.
