Topik is looking for a UX Designer to join a start-up team in the early phases of company and concept development. Ideally, an individual who can translate the business concepts into a truly amazing customer experience and beautiful design.

Responsibilities:
Lead, define, and communicate the UX direction using appropriate tools to describe intent. This includes: sketches, workflows, wireframes, interaction specifications
Collaborate with the team, always advocating for the best design for our customers
Interpret customer needs into effective and thoughtful design solutions
Bring inspiring ideas and motivation

Qualifications:
Fluent/native English speaker
Information architecture, interaction, and/or interface design experience
Proven experience leading ʻdesign-thinkingʼ and user-centered design practices
A portfolio which demonstrates problem solving in the various phases of user-centered design
Proficient in latest design tools
