Commissioning Engineer
Helsinki, Finland

Commissioning Engineers plan the installations, install and commission our systems and provide first hand service to our customers worldwide.

Eniram deliver complex systems, which collect data from ship’s automation, and navigation systems, and generate new information to assist the decision-making of the vessel’s personnel. Our systems integrate to a number of other ship systems in use.

Key Responsibilities
-Execute installations independently in co-operation with crews of customer vessels
-Work with Eniram installation partners and system suppliers
-Commission Eniram systems and provide training for users
-Prepare software configuration for different phases of system delivery
-Provide Tier 2 customer support
-Provide customer feedback to R&D

Skills
-Ability to travel extensively worldwide (typical 150 days annual)
-Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to communicate with multinational customers
-Preferably knowledge of Linux/UNIX, shell scripts, MS Excel, XML, signal processing and/or holding a screwdriver
-Experience on following fields is considered benefit: advanced marine systems, large automation systems, IP networking, serial communication, power generation and electrical distribution networks.
