Key Responsibilities:
Developing and carrying out strategic and tactical plans to help us take advantage of the opportunities available through the Internet to acquire new customers to our site
Develop annual budget and manage to drive customer acquisition activities and conversions to meet aggressive business growth goals.
Lead the execution of key online performance-based programs including display, search (natural & paid), contextual & other online direct-response initiatives.
Partner with Production team to establish requirements for viral acquisition features and programs (widgets, videos, social networking) that require product development support.
Evaluate, select & manage relationships with agencies & other 3rd parties.
Oversee weekly and monthly reporting and tracking of campaign performance metrics and work with Analytics tools to understand customer behavior.
Skills and Attitudes:
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate, parse, and easily summarize complex issues across management levels
Strong background in online, community, and direct-response marketing. Individual must possess balance of strategic vision with ability to work effectively in a hands-on role. Expert in Google analytics, SEO & SEM experience
Must be able to define project scope and prioritize projects appropriately.
Desire to work hard in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Possesses passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results and strives for excellence
Demonstrated integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges
Is a team player, adept at building relationships across organizations

Qualifications:
1-2+ years of professional marketing experience with proven track record of success
1-2+ years of online marketing experience, including direct-response
Hands on experience with online marketing campaigns, campaign management, as well as deployment and tracking of campaign performance
Experience with establishing and analyzing marketing metrics and media test methodologies
BA in Marketing preferred
Fluent English required.
