Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage business processes to improve all stages of the customer life cycle such as conversion of leads to customers, build loyalty, extend customer life time value and manage the processes in conjunction with local marketing managers,
To define the overall retention communication strategy and the necessary processes and tools
To manage, organize and produce e.mail communications, newsletters and other communication
To maintain and define our CRM databases together with our IT team and the rest of the Marketing department.
To analyze usage patterns to identify relevant trends, abuses, and provide inputs for segmentation and marketing strategies

Skills and Attitudes:
You are passionate about CRM and you would truly love the challenge of setting up world class CRM management in fairly new and fast paced industry. You are a highly ambitions and motivated professional with a career focused on CRM and Customer database marketing.
You are an entrepreneurial spirit and love the challenge of building something and see it grow and you have the ability of working both on a strategic level as well as being a delivering operational work.
Perfect written & spoken English , plus another language preferably
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Enjoying team work and open communications
Ability to grasp new topics quickly and explain complex issues and interrelated topics
A pronounced service orientation towards our customers
Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word & Excel.

Qualifications:
Today you probably work with CRM or database marketing within a marketing department or for a consultancy / marketing agency where segmentation and CRM are key for developing the business both in terms of driving sales and reducing churn.
Professional experience in the fields of marketing and CRM
Experience of the online travel industry is preferred and appreciated
A university degree or other qualifications
